The First Hearth
The Book gives the vocabulary. The Hearth gives the assembly point.
What This Is About
Most people don't know what they are feeding. Their attention, their time, their lived experience — all of it constantly drains into other people's interfaces, interfaces they never consciously chose. Social networks, corporate cultures, inherited family scripts, spiritual traditions, political identities — these are all working memplexes, and each of them takes its share of the host's being-mass.
This is not a pathology. This is the default mode. The book «Sacred Fire» describes the mechanics of these interfaces at the level of theory. The Hearth is the place where that theory becomes a living gesture. Where you learn to see which specific memplexes are standing right now between you and your direct experience — and to consciously decide what to do about it.
This Is Not a Course
A course is a retelling of a book in video format with a progress bar and a certificate of completion. None of that here.
This is a closed working group for 6 weeks. Maximum 12 people. No recorded lectures. Only live sessions in Zoom — because the memplex is born from real synchronization in shared time, not from convenient after-the-fact viewing.
The book must be read before we begin. This is not a lead magnet, this is the threshold of entry. Whoever has not gone through 31 chapters is not ready to work with the scalpel.
What's Inside (working structure)
- Diagnostics of capture — where the being-mass leaks out
- Removing the Elders — uninstalling internal evaluators
- Defense against false transcendence — anesthesia vs. peace
- Emperor and Prisoner — reclaiming the right to «now»
- Mono no aware — creativity without self-destruction
- Living gesture — actions the Algorithm cannot eat
Each week — two touches: a conceptual session plus an integration circle. Between them — practice in your own life and written reflection inside the closed group.
What is required here
One thing: the willingness to see yourself without anesthesia. Not heroism, not a “level,” not special preparation — the willingness to look at your own blindness toward your own memplexes.
If something tightens inside at the thought of “looking at yourself” — that is normal: it tightens in everyone. The only difference is that some come along with their fear, and others wait for it to pass on its own. It does not pass on its own — it gets taken apart. That is what happens here: not ready-made answers, but work after which your own answers become visible. Slower than lectures, deeper than motivation — that is what a living circle of twelve is for.
Cohort opens — summer 2026
The Founding Cohort is the first group. Tentative start: June 1, 2026. The application form and selection format will open closer to launch.
If you want to be among the first — leave your email through the subscription on the homepage or on Substack. When applications open — you will be the first to know.
